A little about me
I believe therapy can be a place to feel understood, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. I'm interested in understanding the whole person — not just the challenges bringing you to therapy, but also your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the ways you've learned to navigate the world.
Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that show up in your life and create space for meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
How I approach therapy
I draw from relational, person-centered, and attachment-based approaches to help clients better understand their emotions and relationships. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be curious about ourselves, our experiences, and the patterns that have helped us cope.
Therapy isn't about being told who to be or what to do. It's a collaborative process where we can make sense of what's happening, explore what you need, and work toward a life and relationships that feel more fulfilling.
